同步放化疗对中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效及不良反应的分析

Analysis of Short-term Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Concurrent Chemoradiation and Chemotherapy for Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的探究与分析同步放化疗中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法选取80例中晚期宫颈癌患者,均给予体外照射和腔内近距离后装照射联合治疗,采取随机数字表法分为顺铂组(顺铂同步放疗法),共43例,奈达铂组(奈达铂同步放化疗法),共37例,均给予为期2年随访,对比两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果奈达铂组与顺铂组相比临床总有效率、随访2年生存率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。存在严重不良反应的患者给予对症支持治疗后均完成了原有的计划,有轻中度不良反应的患者未给予特别的处理方案,产生的肝肾损害并不明显,停止治疗后的7～9天内,奈达铂组与顺铂组相比恶心呕吐发生率明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论奈达铂同步放化疗联合治疗中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效更加显著,但具有更高的恶心呕吐发生率,安全性需要引起足够的重视。

Objective To explore and analyze the recent curative effects and adverse reactions of advanced cervical cancer in concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods December to select our hospital. all 2013 month in December 2015 treated 80 cases of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer,were performed radical radiotherapy,take a random number table method divided into cisplatin group( cisplatin therapy),a total of 43 cases,nida’s platinum group( nida,platinum chemoradiation method),a total of 37 cases,were given a two-year follow-up,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of patients. Results Compared with cisplatin group,nida group had a higher clinical efficiency and a higher survival rate of 2 years,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). For serious adverse reaction of patients after treatment to suit the support were fulfilled the original plan,there are patients with mild-to-moderate adverse reactions did not give special treatment scheme,produced by the liver and kidney damage is not apparent,within 7 to 9 days after stop treatment,nida’s platinum group compared with cisplatin group obviously higher incidence of nausea and vomiting,statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Concurrent chemoradiotherapy combined with the treatment of advanced cervical cancer is more effective recently,but with higher incidence of nausea and vomiting,safety needs to be taken seriously.
