不同类型淋巴瘤中TNF-α的表达情况及临床价值分析

Expression of TNF-α in Different Lymphomas and Its Clinical Value

目的探讨不同类型淋巴瘤中血浆TNF-的表达情况及其在临床价值。方法选取淋巴瘤患者100例作为病例组,从同期健康体检者中选50例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组患者血浆TNF-的表达情况,分析血浆TNF-水平与淋巴瘤临床病理特征间的关系。结果与对照组比,HL、DLBCL、FL、PTL患者血浆TNF-水平显著上升(P <0. 05),MCL患者血浆TNF-水平显著降低(P <0. 05),MALT、NK/TCL患者差异不显著(P> 0. 05)。Ann ArborⅢ～Ⅳ期淋巴瘤患者血浆TNF-水平显著高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P <0. 05),有全身症状淋巴瘤患者血浆TNF-水平显著高于无全身症状患者(P <0. 05),IPI评分中高危组淋巴瘤患者血浆TNF-水平显著高于低危组(P <0. 05),血浆TNF-的表达在不同性别、年龄、组间无显著性差异(P>0. 05)。结论血浆TNF-水平能够反映淋巴瘤患者体内肿瘤细胞增殖活性及负荷,为临床诊断及预后提供一定的参考价值。

Objective To explore the expression of plasma TNF-in different types of lymphoma and its clinical value.Methods Selected 100 patients with lymphoma treated as the case group.From the same period of healthy physical examination,50 healthy checkers were selected as the control group.The expression of plasma TNF-was compared between the two groups.The relationship between plasma TNF-levels and clinicopathological features of lymphoma was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,plasma TNF-levels were significantly increased in patients with HL,DLBCL,FL,and PTL(P<0.05).Plasma TNF-levels were significantly lower in MCL and patients(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between MALT and NK/TCL patients(P>0.05).The plasma levels of TNF-in patients with Ann ArborⅢ~Ⅳlymphoma were significantly higher than those inⅠ~Ⅱ(P<0.05).Plasma levels of TNF-in patients with systemic lymphoma were significantly higher than those without systemic symptoms(P<0.05).Plasma TNF-levels in high-risk group lymphoma patients with IPI score were significantly higher than those in low-risk group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in plasma TNF-expression between genders,ages,and groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Plasma TNF-levels can reflect the tumor cell proliferation activity and load in lymphoma patients,providing a certain reference value for clinical diagnosis and prognosis.
