KLF4、Ki-67及E-cadherin在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨KLF4、Ki-67及E-cadherin在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与临床特征的相关性。方法选取79例确诊为宫颈鳞状细胞癌的患者为研究对象,采用免疫组化检测KLF4、Ki-67及E-cadherin在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达,并统计三者与临床病理特征的相关性。结果在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中KLF4的表达仅与肿瘤分化程度、Ki-67及E-cadherin表达有关(P <0. 05),而与患者的年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移及局部浸润无关(P> 0. 05)。KLF4表达与Ki-67增殖指数呈负相关,与E-cadherin表达呈正相关(P <0. 05)。Ki-67及E-cadherin的表达仅与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度有关(P <0. 05),而与患者的年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小、局部浸润无关(P>0. 05)。E-cadherin与Ki-67的表达无明显相关性(P> 0. 05)。结论在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中,KLF4与Ki-67及E-cadherin之间有一定的相关性,三者联合检测可为临床判断宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展提供参考。 Objective To explore clinical features and correlation of KLF4,Ki-67 and E-cadherin in cervical squamous cell cancinoma.Methods 79 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma were selected as the subjects.Immunohistochemical detection of KLF4,Ki-67 and E-cadherin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues,the correlation between the KLF4,Ki-67 and E-cadherin and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results KLF4 expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was only related to the degree of tumor differentiation,the expression of Ki-67 and E-cadherin(P<0.05),while KLF4 expression had no correlation with age,clinical stage,tumor size,lymphatic metastasis,and local invasion(P>0.05).KLF4 expression was negatively correlated with Ki-67 proliferation,and positively correlated with E-cadherin index(P<0.05).The expression of Ki-67 and E-cadherin only related to lymphatic metastasis,and the degree of tumor differentiation(P<0.05),but had no correlation with age,clinical stage,tumor size and local invasion(P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between E-cadherin and Ki-67(P>0.05).Conclusion KLF4 and Ki-67 and E-cadherin have a certain correlation between the three joint detection for the diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma of the occurrence and development of reference.
