血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag联合检测对诊断子宫内膜癌的临床价值

Clinical Value of Combined Detection of Serum HE4,CA125 and SCC-Ag for the Diagnosis of Endometrial Carcinoma

目的探究血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag联合检测对诊断子宫内膜癌的临床价值。方法选取63例疑似子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象,检测患者血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag水平,并根据最终确诊情况分为子宫内膜癌组(n=38)与良性病变组(n=25),比较2组患者血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag水平差别,并采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)观察上述指标单独与联合诊断子宫内膜癌的敏感度与特性度。结果子宫内膜癌组患者血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag水平明显高于良性病变组(P <0. 05)。受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)显示,HE4是诊断子宫内膜癌敏感度与特异度最高的单项指标,而血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag联合检测诊断子宫内膜癌敏感度与特异度高于单项检测。结论血清HE4、CA125、SCC-Ag联合检测可作为早期诊断子宫内膜癌的辅助手段。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum HE4,CA125 and SCC-Ag in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods A total of 63 patients with suspected endometrial cancer from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected as study subjects.The levels of serum HE4,CA125,and SCC-Ag were measured,and the patients were divided into endometrial cancer groups according to the final diagnosis(n=38)and benign lesions(n=25).The levels of serum HE4,CA125,and SCC-Ag levels were compared between the two groups.The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to observe the above-mentioned indicators.The sensitivity and specificity of membrane cancer.Results The levels of serum HE4,CA125 and SCC-Ag in endometrial cancer patients were significantly higher than those in benign lesions(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)showed that HE4 was diagnosed with endometriosis.The single index with the highest sensitivity and specificity of cancer,and the combined detection of serum HE4,CA125,and SCC-Ag had higher sensitivity and specificity of endometrial cancer than single detection.Conclusion The combined detection of serum HE4,CA125 and SCC-Ag can be used as an aid to early diagnosis of endometrial cancer.
