摘要
卷接机组噪声源多,噪声源特性、位置分布复杂,传统的噪声测量方法难以识别出各噪声源。采用声强测量技术对卷接机组噪声进行测量,利用声强的矢量特性,测量出垂直方向上的声功率和频率特性,并根据测量结果绘制出声功率图,可以有效识别出各个测量单元区域的噪声辐射声功率与频率特性,为卷接机组噪声控制提供数据基础。
As traditional noise measurement method is not an efficient way in identifying individual noise emission sources for cigarette assembling machine because of the complexity of source properties and locations along the machine,sound intensity measurement technology was adopted to identify noise sources in cigarette assembling machine in sound power level and frequency character. A sound power distribution map was thereafter constructed based on the measured data,and all the noise parts can be effectively identified from the map,including sound power level and frequency character. This result provides an efficient way for noise source identification for complex sound source such as cigarette assembling machine, and supplies basic data for noise control engineering.
