Determination of total phosphorus in surface water by ion chromatography

摘要 为建立测定地表水中总磷的离子色谱法,采用碱性过硫酸钾消解地表水样,OnGuard Ⅱ Ba柱过滤去除消解液中大量硫酸盐,离子色谱法测定总磷含量。对实际水样进行分析,总磷的加标回收率为94.6%~105.7%。该方法测定结果准确,具有一定的应用价值。 This paper aims to determine total phosphorus in surface water with ion chromatography.The surface water samples were digested by alkaline potassium persulfate, and sulfate in digestion solution was filtrated and removed with the OnGuard Ⅱ Ba column. Then the total phosphorus content was determined by ion chromatography. The recoveries of total phosphorus in the actual water samples are 94.6%-105.7%. The method can get reliable results and has certain application value.
