摘要 由于结构与工作方式不同,α、β表面污染仪检定规程不适用于固定式α、β个人表面污染监测装置,监测装置的主要计量性能参数为响应及其一致性、本底计数率、测量重复性及相对固有误差,测量标准为(10×15)cm2的α、β标准平面源。根据国内外技术标准探讨校准测量方法,有监测装置的本底计数率、各探测面中心及上下端处对标准源的计数计算装置的响应、重复性和相对固有误差。装置的响应用于确定被测表面α、β污染水平,相对固有误差可表征监测结果的误差范围。 The verification regulation of α,β surface contamination instruments is not applicable to the installed α and β personal surface contamination monitoring, due to the differences between their construction and usage. The main calibration characteristics of installed personal surface contamination monitoring include activity response and its uniformity, background count rate, repetitiveness of measurement, relative error, etc. The α or β standard plane source with area of (10 ×15)cm2 is used as measurement standard. In this study, we put forward a calibration and calculation method based on the existing metering standards and regulations. The activity response, repetitiveness of measurement and relative error could be calculated from the background count rate and the count rate contributed from the standard plane source in different position. The response of the monitoring will be used to determine the contamination level of measured surface,and the relative error reflects the margin of measurement error.
