With the wide application of lithium-ion battery and batteries, its safety performance caused the extensive concern. This article elaborated the main functions and requirements of testing device for washing lithium-ion battery and batteries. This device was self-developed and satisfied the requirement of related Certification Criteria. Its composition and working principle were analyzed here.Also, the main technology and the difficulty in the production process are expounded.
