原子荧光光度计检定装置的检定结果验证方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对化学计量标准的主要标准器多为标准物质的特点,以原子荧光光度计为例,分析以标准物质为主要标准器的计量标准检定结果的验证方法。通过对实验结果的分析证明,若计量标准使用二级标准物质且有对应的一级标准物质,可用一级标准物质验证二级标准物质的检定结果;若计量标准使用二级标准物质但无对应的一级标准物质或计量标准只使用一级标准物质的,可采用人员比对的方式进行检定结果的验证。结果表明:该文提出的验证方法在确保检定结果质量的同时又能对检定结果进行有效溯源,可用于以主要标准器为标准物质的计量标准检定结果的验证。 According to the characteristic of chemistry measurement standard main appliance was reference material, validity method on verification result of atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer measurement standard as a sample was proposed. The results were showed that if the reference material used in the measurement standard was level 2 and the reference material was corresponding level 1, the verification result of reference material level 2 could be verified by reference material level. If the reference material used in the measurement standard was level 2 and the reference material was not corresponding level 1, or the reference material used in the measurement standard was level 1 only, the verification result could be verified by staff comparison. The validity method in the paper could insure the quality and hierarchy of verification result. The validity method in the paper could use for a reference to validate the verification result of measurement standard with main appliance using reference material.
