摘要
平尺作为一种直线度基准的量规,广泛应用于各个行业中,但长期以来平尺自身的直线度测量方法存在测量误差较大、测量效率低等问题。该文提出一种全自动平尺直线度测量方法,实现平尺工作面直线度误差的自动测量,提高测量精度和测量效率,对相关领域的研究具有参考作用。
Straight edge as a straightness standard gage,is widely used in various industries. The measuring method for straightness of straight edge exist large measurement error and low measurement efficiency. This paper put forward the straightness automatic measurement method. It realized automatic measurement of the straightness error, improved the measuring accuracy and efficiency,with reference to related research fields.
