摘要
某型飞机燃油系统供油选择阀控制盒为新研设备,目前尚未配备自动检查仪。为解决该型控制盒手动检查效率低、易失误的问题,设计一种便携式自动化检查仪。该检查仪基于C8051F040单片机,通过向控制盒提供各种模拟指令以及阀门位置信号,采集并判断控制盒的输出,实现对控制盒性能的自动测试。研制成功的自动检查仪性能稳定,极大提高对该型控制盒性能检测的效率。
Oil-supplying valves controller is a new designed device for an aircraft. Now there is no automated tester for its performance check. To solve the problem of low-efficiency and mistakes caused by manual testing, a portable automated tester was designed for this controller. Based on C8051F040 microcontroller,the tester provided simulated instructions and valve position signals to controller,acquired and analyzed the outputs of controller,thus realized the automated test of the controller. The proposed tester has stable performance and provides high efficiency for the test of the controller.
