摘要
依据JJG 229——2010《工业铂、铜热电阻》规定的技术条件,分别用标称电阻值Rtp为25Ω和100Ω的二等标准铂电阻温度计作标准,在电测仪器不同允差水平下,对Pt100铂热电阻检定结果的不确定度进行评定。研究结果表明:检定工业铂热电阻时,电测仪器的非线性误差和标准铂电阻温度计的正确选择对检定结果不确定度的影响很大。电测仪器与标准温度计的优化选用,既可减小检定结果的不确定度,提高检定结果的可信度,又可降低标准装置的设备成本。
Based on the technical conditions prescribed by verification regulation JJG 229——2010.Evaluation has been taken on the uncertainty of verification results Pt100 platinum thermal resistance, when second class standard platinum resistance thermometer as measuring standards which Rtp nominal resistance values were used for 25 Ω,100 Ω and instruments at different levels of tolerance. The results show that: When the verification industrial platinum RTD, the correct choice of electrical measuring instruments nonlinearity error and standard platinum resistance thermometer, exert a great influence on the uncertainty of verification results. The optimization selection of Electrical measuring instrument with a standard thermometer, greatly reduce uncertainty of verification results and improve the reliability of verification results, at the same time reduces the cost on the equipment of standard device.
