摘要
介绍一种由DSP和MSP430F5529单片机组成的双核系统的冲击记录仪,在该记录仪中,MSP430F5529单片机与MEMS加速度计通过SPI通信模式采集冲击振动信号,DSP与MSP430F5529单片机之间通过主机接口HPI进行通信,进而对信号进行数据处理与数据存储。记录仪固定在包装件上一起运输,能够实现包装件在全程物流运输过程中受到的冲击信号的实时检测,对包装件在物流运输中出现破损的事后分析提供坚实可靠的依据。测试结果表明:该记录仪稳定性强,功耗低,数据不易丢失。
This paper introduced the impact recorder based on the DSP and MSP430F5529. In this recorder, the MCU collected the shock and vibration signal from the MEMS accelerometer via the SPI communication mode. The DSP communicated with the MCU via the HPI, and the DSP was responsible for the data processing and data storage. The recorder fixed on the package in the entire transportation to detect the real-time impact signal. It can provide the basis for post-mortem analysis of the damaged goods. The test results show that the impact recorder has strong stability,low power consumption,and the data are not easy to be lost.
