摘要
结合多路超声波传感器与无线通信模块设计一种新型超声波测距系统,采用两片单片机通过SPI接口与无线收发模块进行数据传输,并用温度传感器DS18B20进行温度补偿以提高测距精度,具有液晶显示和远距离上位机监测等功能。实测误差在6%内,达到厘米级的测量准确度,满足一些生活及工业中的应用需求。
In the field of measurement,the distance has always been the important parameter that needs to be measured. How to achieve new measurement was the issue that people continue to explore and study. Combined multi-path ultrasonic sensors with wireless communication module,a new ultrasonic ranging system was designed,which used two microcontrollers to transmit data with the wireless transceiver module via SPI interface and used the temperature sensor DS18B20 for temperature compensation, so it can improve ranging accuracy. The system had a liquid crystal display and remote PC monitoring functions. The experimental tests show that the error is within six percent and it achieves the centimeter-level measurement precision, so it can meet for the domestic and industrial application demand.
