摘要
为提高司炉工的节能操作水平,以燃烧调整为培训重点,提出一种节能操作仿真培训原理及装置。依据质量及能量守恒原理,采用分块建模方法分析DZL4-1.25-AII锅炉的数学模型,采用VC++编制仿真程序并结合真实能效测试数据验证模型的准确性。运用多传感器信息融合技术设计由锅炉实体物理模型及PLC传感检测电控系统组成的硬件结构,采用组态技术开发上位机仿真培训考核软件。试点应用效果表明:研制的装置能有效实现燃煤锅炉节能操作技术的仿真培训,提高培训效果。
In order to improve the operational energy-saving level of fireman, boiler simulation training system was studied from the design concept of operational energy-saving. With combustion adjustment as the training emphasis, a simulation training device and its principle for boiler energy-saving operation were proposed. Based on the principle of conservation of mass and energy, the mathematical model of DZL4-1.25-AII boiler was analyzed with block modeling method. The simulation program was compiled with VC++,and the accuracy of the mathematical model was verified through the real energy efficiency test data. The hardware structure of the device which consists of a physical boiler model and a PLC sensing detection electronic control system was designed by using multi-sensor information fusion technology. Finally, simulation training and assessment software for PC were developed with configuration technology. The pilot application effect shows that the developed device can effectively implement the simulation training for the energy-saving operation of coal-fired boiler and greatly improve the training effectiveness.
