摘要
在原有静重式力标准机基础上,提出一种新型独立平滑柔性加卸载装置,通过对该独立平滑柔性加卸载装置功能原理和结构装置的分析,完成对该装置的结构设计,并证明该装置能满足静重式力标准机的功能要求。实测结果表明:该装置能有效解决静重式力标准机在加载过程中出现的"逆程"现象和刚性冲击,以及提高静重式力标准机的测试精度,达到预期目的。
On the basis of the original static weight type force benchmark machine, the authors put forward a new type of independent smooth,flexible and unloading device. After analyzing the function principle of the device, they completed the structure design. And the structure analysis proved that the device can satisfy the functional requirement of static weight type force benchmark machine. The practical application proved the device can effectively solve the 'flyback'phenomenon and the rigid impact for the static weight type benchmarks in the process of loading,and it can improve the test precision of the static weight type force benchmark machine and achieve the desired purpose.
