摘要
锅炉炉膛温度场测量对锅炉燃烧工况的诊断与运行控制具有重要作用。该文重点阐述当前国内外比较先进的炉膛温度场测量技术的基本原理与研究现状,比较分析这些测温技术的研究进程、技术特点等,并从性价比、应用情况以及发展潜力等方面,探讨总结锅炉炉膛温度场测量技术向非接触式的在线可视化实时监测方向发展,向多维、多参数同时测量方向发展,向可实现三维、可视化、多参数同时测量的火焰辐射图像法发展的主要趋势。
Measuring the boiler furnace temperature field is important for diagnosis and operation control of boiler combustion conditions. This paper elaborates the basic principle and study status ofthe cutting-edge measuring technology of furnace temperature fields at home and abroad,compare and analyze the study process and technology characteristics of these techniques,having discussed and summarized the major trends of the above techniques toward non-contact online visual real-time monitoring,multi-dimension multi-parameter simultaneous measurement and flame radiation image that can realize three-dimensional, visual and multi-parameter simultaneous measurement from the aspects of cost performance, application circumstance and development potential.
