摘要
该文提出一种虚拟仪器平台婴儿培养箱测控系统。设计基于RS-485接口和Mod Bus通信协议的氧含量测量模块、湿度测量模块和温度测量模块以及基于RS232接口的噪声测量模块。应用虚拟仪器开发平台Lab VIEW构建数据采集与控制系统,系统由PC机和完成测控功能的智能测控节点组成,各智能测控节点通过USB和RS485串行总线与PC机通信,通过PC机中的虚拟仪器界面实现人机交互、状态监测、数据分析、数据记录与保存以及系统管理任务。试验表明:根据JJF 1260——2010《婴儿培养箱校准规范》和GB 11243——2008《医用电气设备:第2部分婴儿培养箱安全专用要求》,该测控系统能够高效、准确地完成测量任务。
This paper introduces a measurement and control system of infant incubators based on virtual instrument, comprising of an oxygen content measurement module, a temperature measurement module and a humidity measurement based on RS-485 interfaces and Mod Bus communication protocol as well as a noise measurement module based on RS232 interface. A PCbased data acquisition and control system is established by using Lab VIEW——a development platform of the virtual instrument. The system is composed of a PC and intelligent measurement and multiple control nodes that are respectively connected with the PC through USB interfaces and RS485 serial buses. The virtual instrument interface on PC screen serves for human-computer interaction, condition monitoring, data analysis, data recording and saving and system administration tasks. Experiments indicated that the system was capable of fulfilling the measurement task in an efficient and accurate manner in accordance with JJF 1260——2010infant incubator calibration standard and GB 11243——2008 medical equipment requirement.
