机车转换开关触头压力检测装置的设计与研究

摘要 研制一种用于机车转换开关触头压力检测的新型自动检测装置。根据转换开关的结构特点和检测需求,设计和研制测力系统、可旋转工作台和气动机械手等模块,实现机车转换开关触头压力全自动检测和工位快速切换,提高触头压力的检测精度、重复性和检测工作效率,为机车转换开关触头压力的有效控制提供可靠技术保障。 This paper has developed a novel measurement instrument for contact pressure of locomotive change-over switches,mainly comprising of a dynamometric system,a rotary table and a pneumatic manipulator in accordance with the structural characteristics and measuring requirement of change-over switches. The device can improve the detection precision of the contact pressure,the repeatability and the detection efficiency by automatically testing the contact pressure of locomotive change-over switches and rapidly switching working positions. It has provided a reliable technical means for effectively controlling the contact pressure of locomotive change-over switches.
