摘要
以温度计量现行规程、规范中不确定度的评定为例,分析讨论能力评定中的相关性问题。通过两个不确定度评定实例,说明正确处理分量相关性的重要性。分析结果表明:正确运用相关性理论,选好检定校准方法,处理好不确定度分量的相关性,可使重要关键影响量的合成不确定度大幅减小,典型一例主要影响量的合成不确定度减小到没处理好时的三分之一。
This paper has analyzed and discussed the correlation process in calibration ability evaluation based on the uncertainty assessment within the temperature measurement of current standards and specifications. Two examples of uncertainty assessment methods were taken to illustrate the importance of correctly dealing with component correlation. The analysis results show that the synthetic uncertainty of key influence factors can be greatly reduced by correctly using relevant correlation theories, selecting appropriate verification calibration methods and properly dealing with the relevance of uncertainty components. A typical case is that the composite uncertainty of key weighting factors is reduced to one third of the unhandled one.
