摘要
针对按摩椅系统模块工作时发射的电磁场功率骚扰超标时,易伤害人体健康及生活环境等难题,采用在线模块分离定位分析方法,研究按摩椅系统模块工作时电源、变压、主控、驱动、指示模块及MOS切换开关等电子电路工作时发射的电磁场功率骚扰。采取双级EMI滤波、电容滤波及磁环衰减等有效抑制电磁场功率骚扰,测试结果表明:按摩椅的功率骚扰得到有效抑制,并低于相关标准限值。该方法为有效提升电子电气产品的电磁兼容技术提供一定参考价值。
Electromagnetic compatibility is one of important subjects on electronics electrical products. To protect human health and living environment, several techniques--EMI smoothing,capacitor filtering and magnet ring attenuation were proposed to suppress excessive electromagnetic field power disturbance emitted during the operation of massage armchair modules. Online moduleseparating and-positioning analysis were used for suppressing the electromagnetic field power disturbance emitted by power,voltage transformation,master control,driving,indicator and MOS modules in massage armchairs. Test results suggest that the power disturbance of massage armchairs has been effectively improved and less than the limit value of relevant standards. This method is helpful to efficiently promote electromagnetic compatibility technology of electrical and electronic products.
