Design of high voltage and accurate delay transmission circuit in ultrasonic phased array based on FPGA

摘要 针对超声相控阵高压发射精确延时的关键技术,利用普通电压升压产生高压脉冲(负脉冲)发射,设计一种高压发射电路的精确延时电路。通过分析二极管高压钳位、相控阵发射聚焦、高压发射模块电路原理,应用FPGA软件聚焦方式改善发射电压、聚焦延时、上升脉冲等性能指标。FPGA仿真结果表明:钳位电路可对幅值为-100 V的原始发射信号进行稳定钳位,发射脉冲上升时间<10 ns,可明显改善发射信号的精确性和准确度。 The key of ultrasonic phased array is launching high voltage and precision delay.Generating high voltage pulse(negative pulse) with a normal voltage,we design a high voltage transmission circuit of precision delay. Through analyzing the diode voltage clamp, phased array focused,and high voltage transmitter module principle,we had gotten use of programming FPGA to improve the emission voltage,focused delay,and pulse. The results of FPGA simulation show that: the clamp circuit can clamp the original signal of-100 V, the rise time of pulse is less than 10 ns. The accuracy of emission signals can be a significantly improved.
