摘要
针对传统的基于ADC的应变测量系统具有高功耗、精度低、抗干扰性差、成本高等缺点的情况,设计一种基于TDC(时间数字转换)芯片PS081的无线应变测量方案,只需要一颗PS081芯片即可实现应变信号到数字信号的转换。文章详细描述了测量电路的基本原理和具体实现方法,并与ADC应变采集方案进行对比,通过对比表明:该方案具有低功耗、高精度、宽测量范围、不需调零、抗干扰性好、体积小等特点。
In order to solve the probelms of tranditional measurement system based on ADC,for examples,advantages of high-power,low-precision, big disturbance,High-cost,A wireless strain measurement system based on a TDC(Time to Digital Converter) chip PS081 was designed in this paper. The scheme only need to realize the conversion of strain signal to digital signal to a PS081 chip. The basic principles of the measuring circuit and specific implementation are described in details. A comparison was made between TDC and ADC strain measurement,and the result shows the system designed in this paper has the advantages of low-power,high-precision,wide measuring range,no zeroing,anti-interference and small size.
