摘要
为确保电动汽车安全可靠的运行,提高三元动力电池模组的热失控安全性,开展动力电池模组热失控研究。在分析电池热失控机理的基础上,提出适应电池模组结构的安全试验方法,并采用该方法模拟锂电池模组中单体电池热失控对周围电池的影响。结果表明:电池模组中单体电池的热失控不会导致周围其他电池热失控;该测试方法可有效验证电池模组在滥用条件下的热失控安全性,为电动汽车安全运行提供保障。
To ensure safe and reliable operation of electric vehicles and improve the safety of heat runaway in ternary dynamic batteries,a testing method for the safety of battery module structures has been proposed in accordance with the study on thermal runaway mechanism and experiments of battery packs, and with this method the influence which caused by micro-short circuit in single cell to peripheral batteries has been simulated. Test results demonstrate that thermal runaway in single cell will not affect peripheral batteries and the above method can effectively verify the thermal runaway safety of batter modules that are misused and thus guarantee safe operation of electric vehicles.
