摘要
为增强生活饮用水卫生标准对控制饮用水有害有机物的有效性,该文通过比较国内外饮用水有害有机物限量标准,调查近几年我国饮用水中有机物的污染现状及危害,探讨饮用水的有机污染物限量。结果显示:现行的GB 5749——2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》在毒理学参数方面还存在一定的不足和缺憾,应在总量限量要求向分量限量转变的同时加强对污染物的限量要求。研究结果有利于提高我国生活饮用水卫生标准对控制有害有机物的适应性,并为完善我国室内饮用水标准提供依据和参考。
In order to strengthen the effectiveness of drinking water sanitary standards to control hazardous organic matters in drinking water, the study has discussed the limit of organic pollutants in drinking water by comparing and analyzing domestic and foreign restriction standards on harmful organics in drinking water and by investigating the pollution situation and harms of the drinking water organics in recent years in China. The results show that there are still some deficiencies and shortcomings in regards to toxicological parameters in the existing Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water( GB 5749——2006). The requirements should be based on components instead of gross amounts and meantime the limitation requirements of pollutants need be reinforced. The paper will help improve the adaptability of China's drinking water sanitary standards to control hazardous organics, providing bases and references to improve the indoor drinking water standards of China.
