摘要 KCl-Na Cl和KCl-Na Cl-Mg Cl2是熔盐电解和熔盐萃取中常用的电解质或萃取剂,粘度对搅拌过程中的流场分布和传质效率等有重要影响。为确定两种体系的粘度数值范围,利用高温震荡杯粘度仪测量摩尔分数分别为50mol%KCl-50mol%Na Cl和45mol%KCl-45mol%Na Cl-10mol%Mg Cl2熔体的粘度,考察两种体系在973~1 123 K的温度范围内,粘度与温度之间的关系;并通过对比相同温度下两种体系的粘度值,确定Mg Cl2的加入对熔体粘度的影响。结果表明,两种体系的粘度均随温度的升高而降低,Mg Cl2的加入可进一步降低熔体粘度,在使用温度范围内两种熔体流动性均良好。 KCl-Na Cl and KCl-Na Cl-Mg Cl2 are two common electrolyte and extraction agent used in molten-salt electrolysis and extraction. As an important thermophysical property of the two substances, viscosity can greatly influence the flow field distribution and mass transfer efficiency during the stirring process. The viscosities of melts whose mol are 50mol%KCl-50mol% Na Cl and45mol% KCl-45mol% Na Cl-10mol% Mg Cl2 were measured with a high-temperature oscillating-cup viscometer. The relation between viscosity and temperature was studied, the temperature is in a range of 973 K to 1 123 K. The impact of Mg Cl2 added on melt viscosity was determined by comparing the viscosity number of the aforementioned two melts at the same temperature. The results show that the viscosities of the melts KCl-Na Cl and KCl-Na Cl-Mg Cl2 decrease as temperature increases,and the Mg Cl2 added can have the viscosity further reduced. The two melts or two fluids that flow smoothly within the temperature in a range of 973 K to 1 123 K.
