摘要
通过研究某钨系延期药中各组分的化学性质及溶解性能,制定各组分分析方法。即采用重量法分析粘合剂及钨粉含量,采用氧化-还原滴定法测定铬酸钡含量,余量作为过氧化钡含量。依据制定的方案对原材料回收率及钨延期药组分精密度进行试验,测试数据(n=8)为粘合剂回收率98.93%、标准偏差(SD)=0.09%,钨粉回收率99.97%、SD=0.13%,铬酸钡回收率100.02%、SD=0.24%,过氧化钡回收率99.99%、SD≤0.37%;结果表明该方法准确度高,精密度好,可为不同型号配方钨系延期药验收提供理化分析依据。
Several analytic procedures have been formulated by studying the chemical properties and solubility of each component. To be more specific, the gravimetric method is adopted to analyze the content of the binder and tungsten powder,oxidation-reduction titration is applied to determine the content of barium peroxide, and the remaining are used as the content of barium peroxide. In addition,the recovery of crude ingredients and the precision of tungsten-type delay components are tested on the basis of the formulated scheme. According to the test, the determination of the data(n=8) has the binder of 98.93%(SD=0.09%),tungsten powder recoveries of 99.97%(SD=0.13%),the barium peroxide recoveries of 100.02%(SD=0.24%),barium chromate recoveries of 99.99%(SD ≤0.37%), respectively. The results show that this method has high accuracy and precision, and has provided a foundation for physical and chemical analysis of tungsten-type delay compositions of different series and formula.
