主要采用以狭缝法为基本原理的TFM实时焦点测量仪,对数字X光机(DR)的有效焦点进行测量,从测量条件、测量方法和注意事项等方面进行详细描述,并与其他测量方法比较。实际测量表明:利用实时焦点测量仪测量诊断X光机焦点是一种更为方便、快捷和精确的测量手段,具有实时性。

The real-time focus-measuring instrument of TFM that is designed on the basis of slot method has been used to measure the focus of digital X-ray apparatuses. The measuring conditions, measuring methods and measuring considerations have been described in detail and compared with those of other means of measurement. The results indicate that using the real-time focus-measuring instrument to diagnose focus of X-ray apparatuses is convenient and fast,accurate and efficient.
