摘要
针对塑封器件假冒翻新的常见手段及其对器件可靠性的危害,具体阐述鉴别假冒翻新的无损和有损两类主要分析鉴别方法,建立程序化鉴别流程。首先从塑封器件标志、定位标识、表面形貌、尺寸及质量等方面进行无损性外观分析,其次利用X射线、C-SAM声学扫描显微镜等设备进一步无损性鉴定,最后使用破坏性分析方法进行假冒翻新认定。通过规范鉴定假冒翻新塑封器件的方法、步骤和流程,能够提高鉴定效率,减少直接使用破坏性分析造成对样品的损耗,同时又为鉴别假冒翻新塑封器件提供有力依据。
This Based on the common means to counterfeit and refurbish devices in plastic package and their harm to the reliability of those devices,the paper concretely explains the main methods to identify the damaged and undamaged counterfeiting and refurbishment.Procedural identification process has been established.First of all,an undamaged appearance analysis is carried out in various aspects such as sign,positioning mark,surface appearance,size,weight etc.of devices in plastic package.Then,facilities like X-ay,C-SAM scanning acoustic microscope etc.are used to conduct further non-damage identification.In the end,the destructive analysis method is applied to identify counterfeiting and refurbishment.With standard methods,steps and procedures to identify counterfeit and refurbished devices in plastic package,the identification efficiency can be improved,the wastage of samples caused by the direct use of destructive analysis can be reduced,and strong evidences can be provided for the identification of counterfeit and refurbished devices in plastic package.
