该文总结航空热处理制造过程中所用到的真空炉需要检测的参数,提出参数的控制要求,并针对这些参数提出每项参数的技术指标、所使用的主要检测设备、关键检测设备的校准。根据相关标准结合实际工作经验,编制参数的量值溯源信息表,为热处理工艺人员和热处理质量控制人员提供借鉴。

In this paper,the detection parameters of vacuum furnace used in heat treatment process were summarized,and the control requirements of these parameters were proposed.The technical specifications,the test equipment and the testing equipment calibration method for each detection parameter were discussed. Thus,the traceability information chain table of the detection parameters was established according to the relevant standard combined with practice experience. The research results of this paper provide a reference for who are engaged in heat treatment process and heat treatment quality control.
