摘要
为了制备出适合X射线荧光光谱分析的玻璃片,采用两步法对钛铁样品进行熔融制样。首先对钛铁样品进行预氧化,其次对预氧化后的样品进行硼酸盐熔融制备出玻璃片。通过优化制备石墨垫底坩埚和助熔剂称样量,制备出适合X射线荧光光谱分析的玻璃片,该方法能够快速准确分析钛铁中5种元素的含量,克服了铂金坩埚不能直接用来熔融铁合金的缺陷。
In order to prepare a glass plate suitable for X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy analysis,a two-step method was used to melt the Ti-Fe sample. Firstly,the samples were pre-oxidized,and then the glass plate were prepared by borate fusion. By optimizing the preparation of graphite bottom crucible and flux weight,a glass plate suitable for X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analysis was prepared,which can quickly and accurately analyze the content of 5 elements in Ti-Fe and overcome the defects of the platinum crucible which could not be directly used for melting ferroalloy.
