摘要
光度计量校准过程中,校准装置的工艺和校准方法对校准精度有较大的影响。该文为解决光度在线计量的量值溯源问题,分析光照度计的使用和计量现状,确定计量参数,研制出一套光度在线计量校准装置,并开展实验验证,给出不确定度评定方法。在距离为3.0m时测量得到相对标准不确定度为7.97%,满足JJG 245——2005《光照度计检定规程》的要求,保证该装置在实际实验中测量的准确性。
With regarding to spectrophotometric calibration process,detection technology and calibration method have a great impact on the detection accuracy. To solve the traceability problem of online metrological of spectrophotometric calibration,the status of the use and measurement for illuminance meter is analyzed,metrological parameters are confirmed,online metrological of spectrophotometric calibration device is developed,the test verification is carried out,and uncertainty evaluation method is presented. Uncertainty of 7. 97% is obtained when the distance is 3. 0 m. The results meet the requirements of verification regulation of illuminance meter( JJG 245-2005),and maintaining measurement accuracy of online metrological of spectrophotometric calibration device in practical application.
