This paper introduces the double barcode digital level indium steel rule with the principle of level measurement study,combined with a country,in the second grade leveling work actual situation,starting from the principle of digital levels,developed convenient field operation,conforms to the measuring standard,ensure the quality control standard of double barcode digital indium ruler,and the original rational experiment was carried out,the developed device can effectively prevent error measuring order,must ensure the second sighting front measuring scale,can effectively improve the effectiveness of data measurement and measurement of work efficiency.
