摘要
介绍建筑用PVC排水管的特点及其应用,根据密度测量标准建立PVC排水管密度的测量不确定度的数学模型,并结合实例对不确定度来源进行分析,通过对不确定度分量的计算及合成得出当PVC排水管密度为1.4896g/cm^3时,其扩展不确定度为0.0007g/cm^3(k=2)。结果表明试样在去离子水中的称量重复性和去离子水的密度是影响密度不确定度的主要因素。
The characteristics of PVC drainage pipes as well as its applications were introduced,The measurement of sources of uncertainty in the density of PVC drainage pipes was analysed according to the study of the mathematical model that was established based on the density standards.It has been concluded that when the density of PVC drainage pipes was 1.4896 g/cm^3,the expanded uncertainty was0.0007 g/cm^3(k=2).The results showed that the main factors which affect the uncertainty of density were measurement repeatability of samples in deionized water and the density of deionized water.
