摘要
该文分析并指出手持式激光测距仪传统检定方法自动化程度偏低、准确度与稳定性低、机构复杂成本高等亟待解决的共性问题。提出自动行走测车巡回检定的方法,结合图像处理程序计算线纹坐标,由双频激光干涉仪标定线纹坐标与反射板位置的关系,建立下位机与上位机之间无线通信连接,设计完成高效率高精度的手持式激光测距仪自动检定系统,50m处的测量结果不确定度提高到U=0.5mm。
This paper analyzes and points out the common problems that the traditional handheld laser range finder has to be solved in the aspects of low degree of automation,insufficient precision and stability,and complicated mechanism and high cost.This paper proposes the way of self-propelled rover test,and calculates the line coordinates by the image processing program.The relationship between the line coordinates and the position of the reflector is calibrated by the dual-frequency laser interferometer,and the wireless communication connection between the lower computer and the upper computer is established.High efficiency and high precision handheld laser range finder automatic verification system is designed.Measurement uncertainty at 50 meters increases to 0.5 mm.
