摘要
为满足热学现场测量与校准工作过程对密闭腔体现场测温需求,本文介绍一种基于无线网络的小型化便携式温度记录仪研制情况,包括记录仪的系统组成、电路设计、无线网络设计和扩展技术研究内容。记录仪采用ADUCM360处理器实现测试和记录功能,集成wifi收发模块实现实时无线数据收发;设计过程使用记录仪体积具有小巧、低功耗、传感器无引线、低功耗wifi自动组网等技术。研制的记录仪使用范围为-20~70℃,具备连续测量和无线信号收发功能,可实时传输记录采集数据,具有现场使用和安装方便特点。实践证明该记录仪可提高测试的效率和准确度,非常适应在相对恶劣、狭小或密闭的工业测试环境中工作。
In order to measure the temperature in a sealed chamber during the process of thermal field measurement and calibration,this paper introduces the development of a small portable temperature recorder based on wireless network.Besides that,research contents of the recorder including system composition,circuit design,wireless network design and extension techniques are presented.By adopting ADUCM360 processor,the recorder realized functions of testing and recording.And by using integrated wifi receiving and dispatching module,the recorder achieved real-time wireless data receiving and dispatching.Temperature range of the recorder is from-20℃to 70℃.The recorder has the functions of continuous measurement and wireless signal receiving and dispatching,which enables the recorder to transmit,record and collect data in real time.In addition,the recorder can be used and installed conveniently.It has been found that the recorder can improve test efficiency and accuracy,which can work properly in relatively tough,narrow and confined industrial testing environment.
