摘要
电力计量自动化系统是计量设备运行监控和现场运维的重要支撑工具。该文在计量系统主站运行监控与维护功能基础上,设计基于主站系统的移动监控与运维辅助平台,介绍其总体功能架构,并提出具体物理架构实现方式和应用功能模块。基于主站系统采集的现场终端、表计状态及业务数据,利用信息化作业工具及手段,实时、全面监控设备运行状况,辅助现场运维作业,实现计量系统现场运行维护的智能化、移动化和便捷化辅助支撑工具。
The power automatic metering system is an important supporting tool for metering equipment operation monitoring and on-site operation and maintenance.In this paper,a mobile monitoring and operation assistant platform based on the master station system is designed,and the specific physical architecture implementation and application functional modules are proposed.Based on the field terminal,meter status and business data collected by the main station system,the information operation tools and means are used to monitor the equipment running status in real time and comprehensively,assisting the on-site operation and maintenance operations.It is an intelligent,mobile and convenient auxiliary support tool for on-site operation and maintenance of automatic metering system.
