摘要
为全面剖析不锈钢切刀耐用度影响因素,基于其物理属性、化学属性及市场属性,实验检测不同品牌价位不锈钢切刀的锋利度、耐用度、硬度、刃口角度、材质及加工方式。检测结果统计分析表明:切刀耐用度走向与锋利度呈正相关,高硬度是高耐用度的必要非充分条件,高耐用度对应的硬度值主要集中在600~650HV之间;耐用度平均值与Cr含量呈正相关;冲压加工平均耐用度是191mm,锻打加工平均耐用度是172mm;高耐用度切刀刃口角度主要集中在25~35°之间;价格不能完全反映耐用度。综合分析表明不锈钢切刀耐用度最大影响因素是锋利度。
In order to comprehensively analyze the affecting factors of the stainless steel cutter,s durability,the sharpness,durability,hardness,edge angle,material and processing method of stainless steel cutters of different brands and prices were tested,based on physical properties,chemical properties and market properties.The statistical analysis of the test results shows that the cutter durability is positively correlated with the sharpness.High hardness is a necessary but not sufficient condition for high durability.The hardness corresponding to high durability is mainly concentrated between 600-650 HV;The average durability is positively correlated with the Cr content.Average durability of stamping process and forging process is191 mm and 172 mm.The cutter has superior durability when its edge angle is between 25-35°.The prices of cutters cann,t fully reflect the durability.Comprehensive analysis shows that the major factor of durability is sharpness.
