摘要
丝杠作为常见的精密传动部件,必须要消除安装缺陷,否则会影响设备精度。简单的选用更粗壮的丝杠不但不能解决问题,反而会加速丝杠的失效。优化丝杠安装结构可以将传统的刚性连接转变为铰接结构,使丝杠传动变成经典的二力杆受力形式,即使安装存在丝杆与螺母不同心的缺陷仍然能从原理上消除内部弯矩,优化丝杠受力情况,有效解决丝杠安装缺陷对丝杠寿命不良影响的问题。该优化结构应用在汽车装配机械手的升降机构中取得了理想的效果。
Guide screw is a kind of precision transmission parts.It must dismiss assembling defects,if not,the precision of the machine will decrease,and the life span of screw will shorten.A thick screw’s life span would be shorter when assembling defects happened.The optimized structure changes the screw into force rod.The optimized structure removes the excrescent load away.The assembling defect would not affect the screw.It’s an excellent way to make the lifespan of guide screw reach the expectation.This optimized structure has been used in an auto assembling manipulator,and solved the screw failed problem.
