云南稻种矮源的进一步筛选及其矮生性的遗传研究

The Furthor Screening and Genetical Analysis of Dwarfism Resources in Yunan Rice Varieties(Oryza Sativa L. )

从云南稻种资源中进一步筛选鉴定出表现为真正矮秆的3个云南稻种;并对其进行遗传研究。结果表明,2个籼稻矮杆品种其矮生性均受与sd_1等位的一对隐性矮生基因控制。而1个粳稻矮杆品种则受制于多基因;株高与其各构成因素间具有极显著的正相关,各性状与穗粒数的相关中,以株高的相关性最大。其次是第Ⅰ节间长。

Three dwarf varicties were further found from Yunan local rice varieties and Reneticss analysis of their dwarf genes was carried out. The experimental result showed that the dwarfism of two indica varieties is controlled by a singlc rcceesive gene allclic to sd_1, and one japonica varicty by the polygene. Positivc corrclations bctween plant height and its compoment parts was found for the varieties. The corrclation cocfficicnt between grain number per paniele with plant height is the highest, followcd by that between grain number per paniele with the length of first inlernodc.
