随着开发建设的逐渐深入,大庆油田进入高含水开发后期,产量递减、含水上升趋势日益明显,庞大的体量规模下开发效益变差。国际油价波动影响着油田开发效益,产量降低和效益变差又增加了投资形势的严峻性。针对影响和制约油田开发效益和建设发展的形势及问题,提出了新形势下做好地面规划的三个做法,即,与油田开发相结合、与发展形势相结合、与生产管理相结合,对今后如何做好油田地面建设规划具有一定的借鉴意义。

With the gradual deepening of development and construction,Daqing Oilfield has entered the late stage of high water cut development.The trend of production decline and water cut increase was obviously.The economic benefit of huge volume scale became worse.International oil price fluctuation market and decrease in oil production seriously affected investment situation and development benefit.In view of the situation and problems affecting and restricting oilfields development benefit and construction,oilfield surface engineering planning was put forward to face severe situations.The strategies of oilfield development,developing situation and production management were suggested for future oilfield surface construction.
