摘要
为研究不同加固方式对梁受弯性能的效果,以节约加固成本,采用单元"生死"技术对预应力CFRP布加固钢筋混凝土梁进行了有限元模拟,并与试验结果做了比较,结果表明计算值和试验值吻合较好.在此基础上,分别设计了三种不同粘贴方式的预应力碳纤维布钢筋混凝土梁.第一种粘贴方式是预应力碳纤维布梁底全部粘贴;第二种粘贴方式是预应力碳纤维布梁底跨中粘贴;第三种粘贴方式是预应力碳纤维布梁底跨中部分粘贴.对三种不同粘贴方式下的预应力CFRP布加固钢筋混凝土梁进行模拟计算,对比分析三种不同预应力CFRP布粘贴方式对钢筋混凝土梁受弯性能的影响.研究结果表明:同等条件下,采用第二种加固方案效果最佳.
To reveal the influence of different strengthening modes on the flexural properties of beams and save the strengthening cost,the finite element simulation of reinforced concrete(RC) beams strengthened with prestressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) sheet was performed with the element birth /death techniques,and the results were compared with the experimental results.It is found that the computational results agree well with the experimental ones.Based on the finite element simulation,the RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheet in three bonded ways were designed.In the first bonded way,the bottom of RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheet was totally bonded.In the second bonded way,the bottom of RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheet was bonded in the midspan area.In the third bonded way,the bottom of RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheet was partially bonded in the midspan area.In addition,the simulation and calculation were performed for the RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheet in three bonded ways.The influence of three bonded ways of prestressed CFRP sheet on the flexural properties of RC beams were compared and analyzed.The results show that under the same condition,the best effect can be obtained in the second strengthening mode.
