摘要
通过分析某联合站脱硫塔出口天然气硫化氢含量与脱硫剂的更换情况,评价了脱硫工艺的效果,探讨了影响脱硫效果的因素,并进行了工艺改进。分析结果表明,脱硫工艺效果较差,表现为脱硫剂颗粒内芯未能参与反应,原因之一为进塔天然气携液堵塞脱硫剂微孔。由于脱硫工艺塔前油气分离器距脱硫塔较远,导致天然气中部分气体因温降而变为液态进入脱硫塔。其次,按照现行标准获得的脱硫剂硫容不能满足实际需要。建议出台新的脱硫剂工作硫容评价标准,以指导脱硫剂的制备以及对脱硫剂进行更科学的筛选。
By analyzing the H2S content in natural gas from the outlet of a desulphurization tower,and the replacement of the desulfurizer,the desulphurization process was evaluated,and the factors which affect desulphurization were discussed. Besides,the corresponding proposals were carried out.The results showed that the desulphurization process behaved inefficiently,since the inner core of the desulfurizer stick was not reacted. One of the reasons was that the natural gas carried liquid into the tower plugging the micropores of the desulfurizer. Since the oil-gas separator was farther away from the desulfurization tower,part of the natural gas became liquid due to the temperature drop.Secondly,the desulfurizer screened according to the current standards had poor consistency with the on-site gas source. It was recommended to introduce a new evaluation standard for the sulfur capacity of the desulfurizer to guide the preparation study of the desulfurizer and to screen the desulfurizer more scienti?cally.
