摘要
以固相合成法与水热法制备二硒化钨(WSe_2),通过XRD、SEM、TEM、EDS对其结构、形貌及元素含量进行了分析,XRD显示为六方晶系,SEM、TEM显示两种方法得到了两种形貌不同的WSe_2材料,EDS显示两种形貌的WSe_2材料的元素比均接近理论值。将所得两种形貌的WSe_2用于电化学研究,结果表明,水热法制备得到的WSe_2的电化学性能优于固相合成法得到的WSe_2。
Two tungsten diselenide(WSe2) materials were respectively prepared by solid-state synthesis and hydrothermal method. Their structures, morphology and elemental contents were analyzed using XRD, SEM, TEM,and EDS. XRD shows that the materials are hexagonal system, SEM and TEM show that two materials prepared by the two methods have different morphology. EDS shows that the elemental ratios of two WSe2 materials are close to the theoretical value. Then, the two WSe2 materials were used for the electrochemical studies. The results show that the WSe2 prepared by the hydrothermal method has better electrochemical performance than the WSe2 obtained by the solid phase synthesis method.
