摘要
为了能够充分发挥纳米颗粒的优良性能,提高纳米TiO_2颗粒的疏水性和稳定性,对不同碳链长度的改性剂关于温度因素的敏感性差异进行研究,并筛选出最优的改性剂及最优改性温度。经过实验,对结果进行分析和总结,得出最佳改性温度为80℃,最佳改性剂为n-辛基三甲氧基硅烷试剂,且不同碳链长度的改性剂对温度存在不同程度的敏感性。
In order to give full play to the excellent performance of nano-particles and improve the hydrophobicity and stability of nano-TiO2 particles, the sensitivity differences of different carbon chain length modifiers with respect to temperature factors were studied, and the optimal modifiers and modification temperature were determined. After the experiment, the results were analyzed and summarized. It’s pointed out that the optimum modification temperature was80 °C, the best modifier was n-octyltrimethoxysilane reagent, and different carbon chain length modifiers had different sensitivity to the temperature.
