Measures for Long-term Operation of Cracking Gas Compressor

裂解气压缩机作为乙烯装置最关键核心机组,如果出现故障将严重后果。由于裂解气中富含1,3丁二烯、苯乙烯、环戊二烯等多种易结焦组分,将对压缩机的正常运行产生严重危害。对压缩机长周期运行中出现的异常问题进行分析,并提出了相对可行的解决建议。

The failure of cracking gas compressor as a key core equipment of ethylene plant will cause serious consequences. The cracking gas is rich in multiple easily coked components such as 1,3-butadiene,styrene and cyclopentadiene,which can severely affect normal operation of cracking gas compressor. In this paper, the problems in the long-term operation of the compressor were analyzed, and feasible solution was put forward.
