渤海环烷基轻质馏分油的综合利用

Comprehensive Utilization of Bohai Light Naphthenic Distillate Oil

以SZ36-1、QHD32-6环烷基轻质馏分油为原料,采用蒸馏切割、白土精制工艺,制备系列润滑油产品。试验结果表明:以QHD32-6常二线馏分油为原料,采用蒸馏切割工艺制得的馏分油,经白土精制可以得到符合GB/T 23971-2009要求的L-QB 280型导热油基础油;以QHD 32-6减一线馏分油为原料,经蒸馏切割工艺可以得到各项性能指标均达到市场要求的环保橡胶油产品;以SZ36-1减二线馏分油为原料,经白土精制工艺制得的金属切削液基础油与原料油相比,氮含量、颜色明显变浅,同时其它指标均达到客户要求。

SZ36-1 and QHD32-6 naphthenic distillate oil was used as raw material,a series of lube products were prepared by distillation and clay refining process.The experimental result showed that the distillate oil which was produced by using second atmospheric fraction from QHD32-6 crude by further distillation,could be used to produce base oil of L-QB280 conduction oil by clay refining process,which can meet the requirement of GB/T 23971-2009.The first vacuum fraction from QHD32-6 crude could be used to produce environmental rubber oil by distillation cutting process,which can reach the market requirements.The second vacuum fraction from SZ36-1 crude could be used to produce metal cutting fluid base oil by clay refining process.The metal cutting fluid base oil had a significant decrease in nitrogen content and colorimetric compared with the distillate oil,and other indicators reached customer requirements.
