摘要
含聚合物污水中含有原油成分,一部分重质成分和这些残余油很容易在近井地带的孔道附着,进而出现堵塞问题,因此需要专门针对地层中胶质沥青、蜡、原油所造成的堵塞进行处理。分析了含聚合物污水中钙离子、铁离子、铝离子、氯离子含量,以及含油量及聚合物浓度,根据含聚合物污水的性质和特殊性,在氧化剂和表活剂的基础上配制解堵剂,使聚合物堵塞问题得到有效地解决。研究表明,磷酸钠和Rlee两种洗油剂具有较好的解堵性能,并进行了复配实验,确定了以0.5%磷酸钠+0.5%Rlee为最佳的解堵剂。
Polymer-containing sewage contains crude oil,and some heavy components and residual oil are easy to adhere to the reservoir pores near the wellbore,resulting in the blockage.Therefore,it is necessary to deal with the blockage caused by colloidal asphalt,wax and crude oil in the formation.In this paper,the content of calcium ion,iron ion,aluminium ion,chloride ion,oil content and polymer concentration in polymer-containing sewage were analyzed.According to the characteristics and particularity of polymer-containing sewage,the blocking remover was prepared on the basis of oxidant and activator,which effectively solved the blocking problem of polymer.The results showed that sodium phosphate and Rlee had good plugging removal performance,and the best plugging removal agent was 0.5%sodium phosphate+0.5%Rlee.
