摘要
系统归纳总结了银杏叶黄酮化合物提取和纯化方法,从提取率、提取纯度、工业化适用性和环保性等角度,详细分析了溶剂提取法、酶辅助提取法、微波提取法、超声波提取法和超临界CO_2萃取提取法的优缺点;并根据银杏叶黄酮化合物的结构差异性,对其纯化方法-膜分离、大孔树脂和聚酰胺分离等研究现状系统地总结对比;最后,对银杏叶黄酮化合物的提取开发技术提出建议和展望。
Extraction and purification methods of flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves were introduced,including organic solvent method,enzyme-assisted method,microwave-assisted method,ultrasonic method,supercritical CO2 extraction method and so on.Their advantages and disadvantages were discussed from the aspects of extraction yield,extraction purity,industrial applicability and environmental protection effect.Furthermore,the research progress of membrane separation,microporous resin and polyamide resin purification methods were systematically reviewed.In the end,the development trend of extraction and purification technologies of Ginkgo biloba leaf flavonoids was prospected.
