大型干煤粉气流床气化技术国内应用与展望

Domestic Application and Prospect of Large-scale Dry Pulverized Coal Gasification Technology

煤气化装置是煤化工的核心工段,直接影响着整个装置单元的稳定操作运行。介绍了国内外大型干煤粉气流床加压气化技术工艺流程、特点、应用参数以及在中国市场的应用现状。粉煤加压气化包括Shell炉、GSP炉、Prenflo炉、CCG炉以及国内的航天炉、神宁炉、东方炉、二段加压气流床粉煤加压气化炉。综述了上述气流床煤气化技术的特点及应用现状,并展望了气流床加压技术的应用趋势。

Coal gasification is the most important technology in coal chemical industrial plants,involving stable operation of the entire coal plant.In this paper,application of modern entrained-bed pressurized coal gasification technology in China was introduced.Characteristics of technology processes,application parameters and market were summarized.Dry pulverized coal entrained-bed pressurized coal gasification technologies contain Shell gasifier,GSP gasifier,Prenflo gasifier,CCG gasifier out of abroad and HTG,SNG,SEG,two-stage gasifier in China.Features and application status of the entrained-bed pressurized coal gasification technology were summarized,the application trend was also forecasted.
